Our process

The right talent.
Ready for what’s next.

Two journeys, one system. The employer process and the candidate process run in parallel and meet at selection — which is why each side can see exactly where the other is.

Employer process

Discover to support.

Each stage has a named deliverable. You always know what you will receive next and when.

  1. Discover. A consultation on your operation, the roles, the site conditions and the standard you measure people against.
  2. Define. A written specification: headcount, skill level, licences, timing, salary and benefit structure, contract terms and work-authorisation status.
  3. Source. A search plan across registered professionals, technical and vocational institutions and sector networks.
  4. Assess. Identity and work-history verification, certificates checked with issuers, practical trade tests where relevant and structured interviews.
  5. Select. A shortlist with written notes and a rationale for every name; employer interviews and offers.
  6. Prepare. Readiness orientation and skills enhancement where relevant; documentation coordinated with authorised providers where applicable.
  7. Deploy. Travel coordination, departure briefing, arrival handover and structured onboarding support.
  8. Support. Follow-up through the settling-in period, feedback loops with supervisors and planning for the next intake.

Candidate process

Explore to begin.

The same rigour, seen from the professional’s side. Nobody is asked to pay for a place in the queue.

  1. Explore. Search verified vacancies or register once with the talent network to be considered as roles open.
  2. Apply. Submit your CV and certificates online. Applying is free and does not guarantee employment.
  3. Assess. Verification of your documents and, where the role has a craft in it, a practical test.
  4. Interview. Meet the employer, usually online, with MylesPort coordinating the arrangements.
  5. Prepare. Orientation on the role, the workplace, the contract and the destination; documentation coordinated with authorised providers where applicable.
  6. Mobilise. Travel arrangements and a departure briefing so you know exactly what happens on arrival.
  7. Begin. Start work with a named MylesPort contact who follows up through your first months.
Why the order matters

A candidate cannot be cleared before they are assessed, and cannot fly before they are cleared. The sequence is the safeguard.

What this ensures

Consistent talent quality

The same assessment standard whether the mandate is one role or two hundred.

Regulatory alignment

Documentation coordinated with authorised providers and relevant authorities in each jurisdiction.

Workforce productivity

Professionals who arrive briefed integrate faster and need less supervision in the first month.

Long-term placement success

Support through the settling-in period is where retention is won or lost.
