Role overview

MylesPort International is recruiting on behalf of a client — the franchise operator of a major international quick-service restaurant brand across the Central, Eastern and Northern regions of Saudi Arabia. The client recruits in structured bulk drives, typically fifty or more roles per intake, and is building its international sourcing panel across fourteen countries including Kenya. Restaurant crew and operations staff are the backbone of a quick-service business: front counter and drive-through service, kitchen and grill production, beverage and dessert stations, packing and dispatch, and cleaning and hygiene routines. Crew members are cross-trained across stations, and the brand's operating standards for speed of service, food safety and consistency are precise and taught from day one. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where reliability and teamwork matter more than prior experience. Quick-service brands of this scale promote from within, and crew who master stations and show leadership are moved on to trainer, shift leader and management tracks — the same progression the client uses to fill its restaurant management roles. Salary, accommodation, transport, meals on duty, leave and contract length are set by the employer per hiring drive and are confirmed in writing before any commitment. Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the front counter and drive-through to brand standards of speed and accuracy
• Prepare food at grill, fryer, assembly, beverage and dessert stations to exact brand specifications
• Follow food safety, temperature control and hygiene procedures without exception
• Pack and dispatch orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway, drive-through and delivery platforms
• Handle cash and card payments correctly and account for the till
• Restock stations, rotate stock by date and report shortages to the shift leader
• Clean and sanitise equipment, work surfaces, dining areas and washrooms on schedule
• Work across stations as rostered and support colleagues during peak trading
• Resolve routine customer queries courteously and escalate complaints to the shift leader
• Attend brand training and maintain certification for the stations you operate

Candidate requirements

• Valid passport, with a clear scan of the bio-data page
• Police clearance certificate
• Basic English for customer service and following station procedures
• Able to pass the pre-departure and destination medical examinations
• Physically fit and able to work standing through a full shift, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Willing to be cross-trained and rostered across different stations
• Food safety certification, or willingness to complete the employer's food safety training and verification
• Clean, well-presented and able to meet strict personal hygiene standards
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable in a high-pressure team environment
• Previous quick-service, restaurant, hotel or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
