Registered Nurse — Qatar Healthcare

MylesPort International is building a pipeline of registered nurses for a client in Doha, Qatar with a standing requirement for African healthcare professionals. Early registration puts you first in line as posts are released.

Role overview

MylesPort International is recruiting on behalf of a client — a healthcare recruitment consultancy in Doha, Qatar holding a standing requirement for qualified nurses from Kenya and other African countries. Qatar's healthcare sector recruits internationally at scale across hospitals, specialist clinics and primary care centres. Nurses working there are licensed by the Department of Healthcare Professions under the Ministry of Public Health, and the licensing route — dataflow primary source verification, the prometric examination and QCHP registration — is the part most candidates underestimate. Starting that process early is the single biggest factor in how quickly a placement can be made. We are opening this listing to build a verified pool of nurses ahead of specific postings. Registering now means your qualifications, licensing status and documents are checked and ready, so that when the client releases a confirmed vacancy your profile is submitted immediately rather than being assembled from scratch. Salary, allowances, accommodation, leave and contract length are set by the individual hospital or facility and are confirmed in writing before any commitment. We will not quote figures we have not received from the employer.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients

  • Willingness to complete dataflow primary source verification and the prometric examination for QCHP licensing
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Basic Life Support certification, current or obtainable
  • Valid police clearance certificate
  • Able to pass the destination medical examination
  • Able to commit to an overseas contract; specialist experience in critical care, theatre, paediatrics, maternity or dialysis is an advantage

Application process

Apply through this page with an up-to-date CV in English and a clear scan of your passport bio-data page. Shortlisted candidates are contacted by a MylesPort International consultant for a screening interview and document check, then presented to the client for selection. Successful candidates complete a medical examination, police clearance and contract signing before visa processing begins, and receive the full written contract stating salary, working hours, leave and any cost items before making any commitment. MylesPort International does not charge job seekers a placement fee. Costs such as passport, medical examination, police clearance, visa, residency or licensing may apply depending on the destination country; these are explained to you in writing and confirmed at offer stage. Never pay cash to any individual, and never send money to anyone claiming to act for MylesPort International. Please note for this role: this listing builds a verified pool ahead of confirmed postings from the client. Registering now means your profile is ready to submit the moment a specific vacancy is released. Include your nursing council registration number, your area of clinical specialty and your dataflow or prometric status if you have already started.

MylesPort never charges candidates for a job offer, shortlisting or interview. Candidate safety notice.
