Car Wash Supervisor
MylesPort International is hiring on behalf of a client in Ajman for two car wash supervisors to lead washing and detailing teams across several parking locations, on a monthly salary.
Role overview
MylesPort International is recruiting on behalf of a client — a car washing and vehicle detailing operator working across several parking locations in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The business is expanding and has an urgent requirement for two supervisors. The supervisor runs the day-to-day operation at assigned sites: allocating cleaners to vehicles, controlling quality before handover, managing stock of chemicals and consumables, and being the first point of contact for customers on site. Unlike the cleaner role, this position carries a fixed monthly salary rather than commission. The client is looking for someone who has run a small hands-on team before and who understands that in vehicle care the finish is the product. You will be expected to work alongside the team at peak times rather than only observing, and to hold a consistent standard across every site you cover. This is a practical route into a supervisory position in the UAE automotive services sector, with scope to take on more sites as the business grows. The salary figure, working pattern, accommodation, transport and documentation terms are being finalised with the client and will be confirmed in writing to shortlisted candidates before any commitment is made.
